Upright
A young figure stands at the water's edge holding a cup from which a fish peeks out, surprised and delighted by its own imagination. This card carries the wide-eyed wonder of a feeling too new to name yet — a creative spark, an unexpected message, a crush that hasn't been spoken aloud. Stay curious about what's stirring instead of rushing to define it.
Reversed
Reversed, the fish slips back beneath the water — emotional immaturity, moodiness, or creative ideas that stay trapped as daydreams instead of taking shape. It can also mean a message or feeling being misread, taken too literally, or dismissed before it had a chance to develop. Give whatever's emerging a little more patience.
In love
In love, this card points to a tender new feeling — an early crush, a sweet unspoken attraction, or renewed playfulness in an existing relationship. Let it stay light and curious for now.
At work
At work, expect a creative spark, an unexpected message, or an idea that feels playful before it feels practical. Write it down before the excitement fades.
With money
Financially, this card can bring a small piece of good news, or the temptation to spend on something that simply delights you. Enjoy it without letting whimsy override your plan.
For health
For health, tune into subtle emotional signals your body may be sending before they turn into something louder. Sensitivity right now is information, not weakness.
Spiritually
Spiritually, this card invites you to approach intuition with a beginner's curiosity rather than needing immediate answers. Let the message reveal itself slowly.
In general
Overall, this card marks the arrival of something tender and new — a feeling, idea, or message worth paying gentle attention to. Stay open to where it leads.
